For non-members, you can check your order status by entering your order number and contact information using the button at the bottom of the login page.
Both members and non-members can place an order. However, non-members may not receive reward points.
You can use various payment methods including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, UnionPay) and Paypal.

Receipts
Customers can directly print purchase receipts from their My Page section.
Tax Invoices
Please note that we do not issue separate tax invoices to customers.
Cash Receipts
Cash receipts are automatically issued upon request.
Unfortunately, we do not support changing payment methods after the order has been placed and payment has been completed.
If you wish to change your payment method, you will need to cancel the order and place a new one with the desired payment method.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or add options to the product after the order has been completed. Therefore, if there is an order that needs to be modified, although it may be inconvenient, you will need to cancel the order and request a new purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
When placing an order, please check the 'Gift Wrapping' or 'Shopping Bag' checkbox if desired.
For members, delivery tracking is available by accessing the 'My Page' section on your account manager's website.
For non-members, you can click on 'Non-member order and delivery tracking' on the login page to track your delivery.
